Site Requirements
- Level compacted gravel or concrete pad (19' 1" × 8' 1" minimum)
- Crane or forklift access for delivery (pool weighs 2,425 lbs)
- Electrical: 20-amp dedicated circuit for pump/heater
- Water source within 100 feet
- Minimum 3-foot clearance around pool for maintenance
- HOA approval if applicable
- Building permit (check local requirements)
Minnesota Climate
Engineered for cold climates like Minnesota. The composite exoskeleton resists freeze-thaw damage and won't corrode from road salt or harsh winter conditions. For year-round heated use, we recommend our winterization package with thermal cover, freeze protection system, and insulated plumbing. The above-ground design simplifies seasonal maintenance and allows for easier spring opening.
